Indian street food is legendary for its vibrant explodes of sweet, sour, spicy, and tangy flavors. However, finding authentic flavors cooked in a clean, sanitized environment is a challenge. That's why we founded Chatpata Express.

We began as a single food cart in Bengaluru, serving freshly-fried samosas and water-filled crispy golgappas. Our commitment was simple: never compromise on spice sourcing, and use only pure mineral water.

Today, we have expanded into a state-of-the-art cloud kitchen, serving thousands of spicy food lovers daily. We still hand-grind our secret spices and boil our tamarind in-house to keep the legacy alive.

What Drives Our Kitchen

Every dish that leaves our counter is guided by three non-negotiable kitchen standards.

01. Clean Water Pledge

We only use RO purified water for preparing all our flavored waters, chutneys, and boiling items. Your health is our highest priority.

02. Freshly Fried

We never reuse frying oil. All snacks, samosas, and papdis are fried fresh on order to guarantee maximum crunch and zero trans-fat taste.

03. Zero Additives

No MSG, artificial food colorings, or chemical preservatives. The bright greens and rich reds on our plates come purely from mint, coriander, and chili.
